What data we collect and why
Website analytics We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, approximate location (country/region), and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We do not use this data to identify you personally. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how our website performs.
Contact by email If you email us directly, we collect your name and email address and any information you include in your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Meeting bookings via Calendly If you book a call using our Calendly widget, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any other information you provide during booking. This data is handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy. We receive your contact details to facilitate the meeting. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
Newsletter sign-ups If you subscribe to the Stack Logic newsletter, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name. We use this to send you our newsletter. We use EcoSend to manage our mailing list. Your data is stored on EcoSend's servers and processed in accordance with their privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email. The legal basis is your consent.

Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _gat) — used to track site usage anonymously. These expire after 2 years (_ga) or 24 hours (_gid).
